Assessment and Certification
Assessment is competency based and meets the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
Assessment reflects the individual needs of course participants. Assessment methods may include:
- Demonstration and practical application of skills
- Verbal or written responses to structured questions
- Tasks or assignments (in small groups)
Participants assessed as competent receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment displaying the unit or units of competency achieved.
Keep your first aid skills up to date.
- Renew your CPR, oxygen and defibrillation training annually
- Renew your Anaphylaxis training every two years
- Renew your Asthma training every three years
- Renew your Level 1 First Aid, Level 2 First Aid and Asthma training every three years
- Schools - complete twice yearly Anaphylaxis staff briefings
We can also conduct your staff Anaphylaxis briefing updates onsite.
This website does NOT guarantee that:
* A learner will successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration, or
* A training course can be completed in a manner that does not meet the requirements of Clause 1.1 and 1.2, or
* A learner will obtain a particular employment outcome where this is outside of the RTO
